This project involved the transformation of a historic Milanese cinema into a contemporary, multifunctional venue designed to meet today’s needs while preserving the building’s original character.
The intervention required a careful balance between preservation and innovation, enhancing the existing architectural elements and integrating them into a new functional and design vision.
From executive engineering to final implementation, the project focused on solving the technical and structural challenges necessary to turn the concept into a tangible, efficient, and enduring space.
The result is an environment where heritage and contemporary design coexist, giving new purpose to the space while preserving its authenticity.
